If you’ve had our Tartufo pizza or poured some truffle oil over your pizza in our tasting room, you’ve enjoyed the fruits of Truffle Shuffle San Francisco’s labor. These former chefs wanted to start a truffle company with complete transparency in where their truffles were coming from, and fair trade and pay for the truffle hunters, farmers, and families they work with.
We started adding their products to our pizzas, and a great partnership formed. After learning about our work with 1% for the Planet, the Truffle Shuffle crew decided to join up as well so they could further their commitment to being responsible global citizens.
Join us all day this Saturday to taste their wares (they’ll have truffle salt and oil on hand) and learn about their company!
